Refund Policy

Introduction

Maharishi Dayanand Yog Foundation (“we,” “our,” “us”) strives to provide the highest level of satisfaction to our supporters and participants. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for donations, event registrations, and other payments made to us.

Donations

  1. Non-Refundable Donations
    • All donations made to Maharishi Dayanand Yog Foundation are considered non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it will be used to further our mission and activities.
    • In exceptional cases, where a donation was made in error or due to a technical issue, we may consider a refund request. Such requests must be made within 30 days of the donation date.
  2. Requesting a Refund
    • To request a refund for a donation, please contact us at info@mdyf.org with the following details:
      • Donor’s name
      • Date of donation
      • Amount donated
      • Reason for the refund request
    • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet our criteria.

Event Registrations

  1. Refundable Registrations
    • If you have registered for an event or program and wish to cancel, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the timing of your cancellation.
    • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 14 days before the event start date.
    • Partial refunds (50%) will be issued for cancellations made between 7-13 days before the event start date.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event start date.

      • Participant’s name
      • Event name
      • Date of registration
      • Reason for the refund request
  3. Event Cancellation by Us
    • If an event or program is canceled by Maharishi Dayanand Yog Foundation, all registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

Products

  1. Refundable Products
    • If you have purchased any products from Maharishi Dayanand Yog Foundation and wish to return them, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  2. Requesting a Refund
    • To request a refund for a product, please contact us at info@mdyf.org with the following details:
      • Purchaser’s name
      • Product name
      • Date of purchase
      • Reason for the refund request
    • You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to us. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund.

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the request and any necessary documentation.
  2. Mode of Refund
    • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
